How to use

Apply a generous amount of sunscreen 20-30 minutes before sun exposure. Reapply sunscreen every two hours or after 60 minutes of sweating or swimming, and after thoroughly drying off any sweat or swimming water. For use on children over 6 months of age, consult a doctor.
